How to Enable Windows Server Port

Having trouble with your RDP connection?
Solution: Enable your windows server port.

 

Follow this method:

1. Login to your Windows Server

2. Open Powershell or cmd then type wf.msc firewall settings will open

3. Click "Inbound Rules" then click "New Rules"

4. Choose “Port” and “Next”

5. Choose “TCP” and input your specific port in “Specific local ports”

Default for RDP: 3389

And then click “Next” .

6. Choose “Allow the connection” and click “Next”

7. Choose your rule and click “Next”

8. Write the name of rule and click “Next”
